Eat & Greet

I'm Phi and this blog is basically here to slowly start a food blog, but you'll be seeing unrelated stuff like dancing, architecture, and a lot of nonsense. It's kind of unfortunate that I'm living in Oklahoma, but I'll make the most of it and I'll show you guys that there is something more than just tornadoes here, so please sit tight and enjoy!

Eat of the Week #42 (Senior Week!)

Sorry guys! I’ve been busy with senior stuff, but this Eat of the Week is pretty special. This is my last full week as a high school student and it was full of food and friends. I’m really going to miss being with everyone I’ve been with for years, but hopefully I get to keep our relationships going, even if we’re in different places. We’ll probably meet up somewhere for some lunch!

The Mother’s Day fruit pizza my aunt made with strawberries, blueberries, cherries, cream cheese icing, and a sugar cookie crust. Sooooo good!

My Steak n’ Egg Sandwich from Panera Bread before the AP Bio test in the morning.

image

Got a free fruit pastry since I had a Panera card. Benefits man…

image

After the test, my friends and I tried out Nhinja. I got the Crispy Honey Shrimp with a side of white rice..

image

I also got a side of the Nhinja Poppers. They’re fried rice balls with salmon inside and some spicy mayo for dipping..

image

A pretty underwhelming Senior Breakfast, but hey, at least I got a neat senior mug…

image

After breakfast and before graduation, I went over to my friend’s house for his pool party and one of my friends made us some homemade Reese’s Ice Cream Cake! Freakn dope!

image

The day after graduation, my bro’s dad took us out to some Korean in Del City at B-Won. We started out with some Fried Squid. The squid was pretty tender and the panko crust was crispy. Definitely getting those again..

image

I got the Dolsot Bee Beem Bop. Awesome brunch to start the day!

image

Gotta show the side dishes that we usually get with a Korean meal..

image

We also got a side of Kim Bap. Really refreshing after some hot and spicy food..

image

Here’s some of the awesome homemade roast pork my mom made for my graduation party..

image

My aunt, once again, made a fruit pizza, but this time she made it for my graduation and she put cherries, strawberries, and peaches. Amazing as usual..
